The Challenge: The Inspector for the small university town of Vincennes, Indiana is responsible for inspecting an extremely large number of multi-unit dwellings and conversions that are rented by university students. His new Rental Inspections Program needed a tool that would allow him to quickly and easily get his program up and running, and maximize his efficiency in the field. The Solution: Comcate Rental Inspection Manager software is used by inspectors to manage more inspections per officer than possible without software. Inspectors can manage cases in the field, schedule follow0up inspections and print notices. Comprehensive reporting functionality gives inspectors insight into violators and cases that they don’t have with paper-based inspection management.
