Mobile Software Lets Rental Housing Inspectors Report on Inspection Registration Status by Property

City and County Rental Inspectors now have new functionality that can vastly improve their efficiency and effectiveness.  Comcate Rental Inspection Manager, affordable and easy-to-use mobile software that lets inspectors remotely access inspection checklists, print notices and reports and schedule follow-up inspections while in the field, now includes some additional powerful functionality.   

Inspections can now be grouped and reported on by property, allowing inspectors to view the inspection history of a property and report on the registration and payment histories of properties.  Inspectors can generate reports of all properties due for registration renewal, properties with delinquent registration payments, and all vacant properties.
