City Adds Comcate GIS Module to eFeedback Manager CRM Software

The City of Fairfield has been a satisfied Comcate client for over a year. City management found the software effective in helping them manage citizen requests that come in from a number of sources, auto-assigning them to the correct staff members and in allowing staff to easily manage, document and report on requests. Citizens have appreciated their 24x7 access to city hall and the ability to make requests from their home computers. In an effort to make the city even more efficient, the City has chosen to implement Comcate GIS Manager software to integrate with eFeedback Manager Web CRM software so that citizens will be able to select a geographic location within the city as the location relevant to the citizen request. This additional data will help city staff automatically assign requests based on a geographic location to staff and deploy resources more efficiently that may be required to resolve the request.
